We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UAE. Based in the Emirates, this role centers on cultivating and managing relationships with government entities, semi-government organizations, and large enterprises. As a key driver of our market expansion, you will be instrumental in promoting our solutions and strengthening our presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities, secure partnerships, and expand market presence in the UAE.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Source and profile high-quality leads, leveraging existing networks to connect with key decision-makers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records and track sales progress within the CRM system.
  • Client Engagement: Present Global Ledger’s platform and services effectively to drive client interest and conversions.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong connections with decision-makers in blockchain and financial services.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Develop tailored proposals, negotiate high-value deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support business development initiatives.

Experience & Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong focus on public sector and government accounts.
  • UAE market experience is required.

Core Skills:

✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

✅ Expertise in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

✅ In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, AML regulations, and their applications in the financial sector.

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

✅ Strategic thinker with a vision for long-term business growth.

⭐ Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain sector.

Fluency in a second language.

⭐ Strong understanding of custodial services, digital asset flows, AML policies, and regulatory frameworks.
