We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the UAE. Based in the Emirates, this role centers on cultivating and managing relationships with government entities, semi-government organizations, and large enterprises. As a key driver of our market expansion, you will be instrumental in promoting our solutions and strengthening our presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify opportunities, secure partnerships, and expand market presence in the UAE.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Source and profile high-quality leads, leveraging existing networks to connect with key decision-makers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records and track sales progress within the CRM system.
- Client Engagement: Present Global Ledger’s platform and services effectively to drive client interest and conversions.
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build strong connections with decision-makers in blockchain and financial services.
- Sales & Negotiation: Develop tailored proposals, negotiate high-value deals, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support business development initiatives.
Experience & Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong focus on public sector and government accounts.
- UAE market experience is required.
Core Skills:
