🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven and analytical FP&A Specialist to join a high-performing Finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting business strategy through financial forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the crypto and fintech landscape.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial plans and projections
- Analyze trends in financial performance and generate actionable insights
- Create and distribute periodic financial reports including variance analyses and key metrics
- Maintain and enhance financial models and forecasting frameworks
- Assist with executive presentations and board reporting materials
- Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and deep-dive analyses as needed
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather and validate financial inputs
- Track financial and operational KPIs, offering insights for continuous improvement
- Support closing activities during month-end and year-end periods
- Drive enhancements in FP&A processes and best practices
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in financial planning or analysis, ideally in fintech or financial services
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with financial modeling
- Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for emerging technologies, crypto, and digital finance

- Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, Netsuite, or Looker
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
