This is not a traditional BD role.

We’re hiring an Ecosystem Lead to own growth through partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem strategy — driving adoption across applications, protocols, and networks.

You’ll operate at the intersection of product, partnerships, and go-to-market, working directly with leadership to scale a next-generation DeFi platform.

The Opportunity

• Help onboard the next wave of users into DeFi
• Build and scale ecosystem partnerships from 0 → 1
• Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy
• Work on infrastructure that actively manages capital across protocols

What You’ll Own

• Ecosystem-driven growth strategy and execution
• Strategic partnerships across DeFi protocols, apps, and networks
• Customer acquisition through integrations and collaborations
• Cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, and leadership
• Identifying high-impact opportunities across EVM and Solana ecosystems
• Scaling adoption through innovative, data-driven partnerships

What You Bring

• 3+ years in Business Development, Ecosystem, or GTM roles in Web3
• Strong understanding of DeFi and crypto infrastructure
• Experience across EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
• Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships
• Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in early-stage environments

Working Style

• Fully remote with focus on Europe-based team expansion
• Flexible working hours — output over schedule
• Expected to be available twice per week for team syncs
  (around 5–6 PM CET)
