• Proven 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates for – Tech, AI, SaaS startups
• Experience supporting hiring for companies in the USA and European markets
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
• Ability to identify and engage high-quality technical talent
