As an Account Manager on our Customer Success team, your mission is to help individual investors grow and protect their wealth through our digital asset platform. You’ll be their go-to person—guiding them, supporting them, and building long-term trust. Expect some occasional travel as you strengthen relationships face-to-face.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’ve got a background in B2C Sales or Business Development, a deep understanding of finance, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Own and nurture a portfolio of retail clients across the APAC region.
- Understand each client’s needs and craft solutions that align with their financial goals and risk appetite.
- Act as a regional point of contact to support Customer Success Advisors.
- Represent the brand at events and conferences to boost awareness and network.
- Meet clients in person when needed to reinforce relationships.
- Monitor client performance, portfolios, and risk profiles—offering updates and insights proactively.
- Stay up to date with product offerings and industry regulations.
- Drive revenue through existing accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product demos and educate clients on financial tools and investment options.
- Collaborate with internal teams on regional market needs and client feedback.
- Keep an eye on industry trends—from crypto to traditional finance—and feed insights back to the product team.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- At least 5 years in client-facing roles—private banking, wealth management, or similar financial sectors.
- A solid understanding of crypto markets—professionally or personally.
- Proven ability to grow and manage high-value client relationships.
- Skilled in handling both virtual and face-to-face meetings and events.
- Track record of hitting sales metrics, especially conversion and AUM growth.
- Strong industry network within the APAC financial services landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of fiat systems and stablecoins.
