Role Overview
We’re partnering with a Web3 infrastructure team building a platform that helps applications and users access optimized on-chain yield across DeFi.
As Ecosystem Lead, you’ll be responsible for growing adoption through partnerships and ecosystem initiatives. This role focuses on expanding usage across the broader Web3 application landscape and working closely with both technical and non-technical teams to drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the ecosystem growth strategy
- Build and scale partnerships to drive adoption and user acquisition
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to support integrations
- Identify opportunities to expand reach across DeFi, EVM, and Solana ecosystems
- Help shape the early foundation of the ecosystem from day one
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in ecosystem, partnerships, BD, or GTM roles within Web3 or crypto infrastructure
- Strong understanding of DeFi and on-chain ecosystems
- Exposure to both EVM-based networks and Solana
- Proven ability to grow adoption through strategic partnerships
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain finance
