We are looking for a Head of Partnerships for one of our client, with 4+ years of experience in the crypto industry to drive strategic alliances with exchanges, venture capital firms, family offices, and key investors. In this senior role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our Market Making, OTC Investment, Token Sales, and Liquidity Audit services, utilizing your strong network and expertise in building high-impact relationships.

What You’ll Do:
Partnership DevelopmentIdentify and pursue high value partnerships with exchanges, VCs, family offices, and key crypto investors.
Develop a strategic roadmap with clear objectives for partnership growth.

Relationship Management
Build and nurture long term relationships, aligning stakeholder priorities with our services.
Maintain a strong partner pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.

Sales & Cross-Selling
Promote our Market Making, OTC Investment, Token Sales, and Liquidity Audit services.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor partnership proposals.

Negotiation & Deal Execution
Lead negotiations, structuring agreements that drive mutual value.
Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights.
Work with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

Performance Tracking
Define KPIs, monitor partnership success, and optimize results.
Provide regular executive updates on achievements and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in crypto business development, partnerships, institutional sales, or a related field.
  • Strong network in the crypto space, with established connections to exchanges, VCs, family offices, and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills to navigate complex deals and drive successful partnerships.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, ecosystem expansion, and managing high-value relationships.
  • Deep understanding of market structure, liquidity management, and orderbook dynamics in both CeFi and DeFi.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving market conditions.
