Senior Crypto Trader

We are looking for an experienced Senior Crypto Trader ‘or’ TradeOps Specialist to lead market-making activity for a variety of clients. This role requires good market experience in crypto combined with strong client management skills and technical ability to improve trading performance and build long tenure with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee market-making operations across cryptocurrency exchanges, focusing on optimizing liquidity, spreads, and market depth.
- Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular performance updates, market analysis, and customized recommendations.
- Analyze market trends, trading algorithms, and client requirements to continually refine strategies for optimal outcomes.
- Innovate with technical teams to enhance trading systems, aligning with client and market demands.
- Monitor and adjust trading strategies in real time to mitigate risks and boost profitability.
- Deliver actionable insights to clients on liquidity, volatility, and broader market dynamics.
- Document trading activities and client interactions for transparency and internal review.
What We’re Looking For:
- Approx 4 years experience in crypto market-making with a proven track record.
- Deep Knowledge of crypto markets (market structure, order execution, liquidity management, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex trading issues to clients in plain English.
- Familiar with trading systems, APIs, and market data analysis tools.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a focus on detail.
Nice to Have:
- Data and algorithmic trading and automation tools.
- Have a solid understanding of Python or programming language of choice.
