Now, we’re looking for a Senior / Lead Software Engineer who can not only code at a high level but also guide a small team, shape system design, and dive deep into Ethereum and L2 protocol integrations.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a team of developers while delivering new features for our platform (primarily backend, with some frontend tasks).
- Work closely with different blockchain networks — APIs, explorers, L2 solutions, bridges, and tokens.
- Ensure smooth deployments and maintain high availability of services.
- Process and analyze blockchain data to power insights and new functionality.
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Technical Strengths
- Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-first mindset.
- Experience designing systems that go well beyond simple CRUD apps.
- Knowledge of client-server architectures, backend services, and data modeling.
- Hands-on background in infrastructure setups — Docker, bare metal, serverless, or cloud.
- Proficiency with multiple storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, Redis, file storage).
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and distributed systems.
- Excellent command of TypeScript/Node.js (backend focus, some frontend).
- Solid database schema design and query optimization.
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Pragmatic approach — knowing when to build new and when to reuse existing solutions.
- Bonus: experience with EVM, smart contracts, or other Ethereum-based technologies.

- Strong communication in English, written and spoken.
