💻 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions
- Lead technical innovation and drive adoption of modern technologies
- Collaborate with a distributed, agile team
- Make key architectural decisions while maintaining high code quality
- Mentor and guide engineers; support hiring and onboarding processes
- Ensure technology strategy aligns with business objectives
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in leadership roles (Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager, etc.)
- 7+ years in software development with strong coding background
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Python
- Solid track record in web development
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Nice-to-haves: AI/ML exposure, publications, conference talks, or research projects
- Strong mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills
