What we’re looking for
- Proven 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates for – Tech, AI, SaaS startups
- Experience supporting hiring for companies in the USA and European markets
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms
- Ability to identify and engage high-quality technical talent
