Senior Product Growth Engineer

Location – Remote (Americas time zones preferred)

A venture-backed AI startup is expanding its engineering team.

We’re looking for a builder who enjoys shipping products fast and using engineering to drive real business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own ideas from concept to production.

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve onboarding and activation flows.
• Create high-converting product experiences.
• Develop and launch new growth features.
• Run A/B tests and measure results.
• Build internal tools that improve team productivity.
• Work closely with founders and product teams.
• Use AI tools to build and ship faster.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong skills in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience building and shipping production products.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Comfortable working with SQL and data analysis.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG).

Ideal Experience

• Worked at an early-stage startup or high-growth company.
• Built onboarding, activation, or conversion features.
• Delivered measurable business impact through engineering.
• Experience owning projects without heavy management.
• Portfolio of shipped products, side projects, or AI tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM applications.
• Experience building developer tools or SaaS products.
• Growth engineering or GTM engineering background.
• Experience working directly with founders.
